Short answers to the practical ones. If yours is not here, write to the studio and it will be answered by the person who made the candle.
Are these scented?
No. Nothing is added to the wax. Pure beeswax has a faint honey smell of its own, mostly noticeable once it is lit, and that is the only smell there is.
What are they made of?
- 100% pure natural beeswax
- Cotton wick

Can I burn it?
Yes. Each one has a cotton wick and is a working candle, although plenty of people keep theirs unlit because the shape is why they bought it. Burning it changes the flower, and it does not change back.
Will mine look like the photograph?
Every candle is individually handcrafted. Slight variations in colour and shape make each piece one of a kind.
How should I look after it?
- Burn on a heat-resistant surface.
- Never leave a burning candle unattended.
- Keep away from children, pets and flammable materials.
- Trim the wick to approximately 5 mm before each use.
- Do not burn for more than 4 hours at a time.
- For indoor use only.
- Allow the candle to cool completely before moving.
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
How long does an order take?
Every candle is made after you order it rather than picked off a shelf, so nothing ships the same day. If you need one by a particular date, write to the studio before ordering and you will get a straight answer about whether it is possible.
Where do you ship from, and where to?
Everything is packed and posted from the Netherlands. Shipping within the Netherlands is free; everywhere else is calculated at checkout. Shipping and delivery.
Can I have a colour that is not listed?
The listed colours are the ones kept in the studio, so those are the options on a normal order. Anything beyond that is a custom order, which starts with a message rather than a checkout.
Do you take returns?
The returns policy for this shop is being finalised before launch, and it will be written to Dutch and EU consumer law rather than copied across from anywhere else. Until it is published here, please write to the studio with any problem and it will be sorted out.
