The returns policy for this shop is not published yet. The old marketplace wording did not meet European consumer law, and rewriting it correctly matters more than having something on this page today.
Until the full policy is published here, the position is simple and it is the one the studio has always taken: if something arrives damaged, or is not what you ordered, write to me and it will be put right.
When the policy goes up it will set out your statutory rights as an EU consumer in plain language, including how long you have to change your mind and what happens with pieces made specially for you.
